About 30 minutes drive on State Highway 0 2 from the city of Napier and 20 minutes from Napier airport this interesting 64.5 hectare (160 acre) hill country pastoral farm offers many possibilities.
The location is Tutira and only about one minute drive from uniquely beautiful lake Tutira, famous in Hawkes Bay as a wildlife reserve and renowned for its prolific, year round trout fishing. The major weed problem are clumps of blackberry, through the property which have generated from recent times following measures implemented to control wild goat populations for the benefit of local forest owners, however these are easily accessible for spot spraying and could be economically eliminated.
